Privacy and data lifetime — version 1

No account is required. A signed cookie identifies a temporary session containing your character, boundaries, campaign state, recent turns, compacted memory, category-only reports, and structured alpha feedback selections.

Session storage is deleted when you end the game, after 30 minutes of inactivity, or at the two-hour hard lifetime. AI-provider abuse monitoring and Cloudflare operational logs may follow their independently configured retention policies.

Do not enter personal or confidential information. Application logs must not contain player actions, narration, profile fields, or boundary text.
